All products are subject to availability. We do our best to keep the store accurate, but an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens we will let you know and no payment will be taken — or any payment made will be refunded in full.

Some collections are released in strictly limited quantities. Once a limited drop sells out it may never be restocked. Limited pieces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmation depends on stock at the time of payment.

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include the cost of the product only. Delivery is arranged and confirmed with you directly. We may update prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order will not change after confirmation.

• Payment is made via M-Pesa to the number confirmed by GYMMODE.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is received and acknowledged by GYMMODE.
• Delivery timelines are shared with you on WhatsApp after confirmation.

• Provide accurate name, phone number and delivery location.
• Choose your size carefully — refer to the size options shown on each product.
• Be reachable on the WhatsApp number you order from so delivery can be arranged.
• Only send payment to the official GYMMODE M-Pesa details confirmed in chat.
